Support Options
Project Support
During the life of a contracted project we offer phone and email support during the normal business hours. In some cases we provide 24x7 support.
Monthly Maintenance Support
Our support product minimizes the risk of variable IT support cost while providing flexibility and peace of mind to our customers. We base the cost of our support contract on your current technology, number of locations, and number of computer users. Your monthly support fee will remain fixed for the duration of the contract unless there is a significant change to your technology, locations, or number of computer users.
When Your Project is Complete
We continue to support projects after they have been completed by offering as-needed phone, email, and on-site support. Response time without a maintenance contract is typically within 72 hours. This service is billed by case on an hourly basis.
