We have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).  We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.  As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our Site may make changes to their information by contacting us.

We are in compliance with the requirements of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) as we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.  Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) was recently enacted in the European Union.  Our Site, products and services are directed to companies and people who conduct business entirely or primarily in the United States.  As of the date of this Privacy Policy, we are not in compliance with GDPR.
