Solutions Constultant – Service Desk

This is a Full Time position.

We are an IT Outsourcing and MSP looking for the right people to join our task force. We’ve built a business around handling everything IT for our clients, and we need people to help us meet that commitment.

  • Know The Tools – You’re a rockstar at Asana, Google Apps, Microsoft 365, and you can seamlessly use them while working with our clients
  • Document Everything – You keep tabs on everything that you’re working on and ensure that you properly document.
  • Have The Right Experience – You’ve got some serious tech experience and you’re willing to learn. We’d like 3-5 years of experience and if it’s been with small to medium size businesses (25 – 500 employees), but that’s not a requirement. For us, it’s about making the right cultural fit than the amount of experience.
  • Are Based In the San Francisco Bay Area – You’ll be working from our offices and our client offices. You Must have access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license, as transportation to various locations is required for this position.


As a Solutions Consultant with specialization in Service Desk Support, you’ll be working with our client’s IT setup, day in and day out. You’ll need at least a basic understanding of and familiarity with the environments we’ve listed below. We’re excited to hear about your hands-on experience in the interview process.

  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune etc. and/or Google Workspace.
  • Implementation and support of IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including O365, Google Workspaces, and general administration of Azure and AWS.
  • Strong on Windows platforms, and competency with supporting Apple Mac.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level messaging and collaboration services (Slack, Teams, One Drive, Exchange, SharePoint, O365 Administration and setup & Secure Messaging) implementation or operations.
  • Supporting Enterprise Identity and Access management (IAM) and EMS services (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, Intune, OKTA, MFA, Password Managers) implementation or operations.
  • Configuring, troubleshooting network equipment such as Cisco Meraki and others.
  • Medium to large systems administration in an enterprise environment using virtualization or private cloud technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V, hybrid cloud, preferred but not required.

  • You’ll be representing Neetek in everything that you do. We pride ourselves on providing service with a smile, so you’ll be bringing that to our clients!
  • Using Communication and interpersonal skills as the point of contact for client’s account
  • Documentation of tasks and projects as well as client communication
  • Taking accountability and responsibility for all aspects of client IT environment
  • Collaborating with the team on projects and documentation
  • You’ll be Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop applications, operating systems, and software updates.
  • You’ll have fun providing a high level of service to our clients! We love what we do, and we work with people that do as well!
